Bio:

Hey Tim here is a pretty good DEX fighter. He’s good for not getting hit (Armor Class 18, that is 10 as a standard human, + 1 Dodge Feat, + 1 Small Shield, + 4 due to DEX and + 2 Leather Armor) and doing a little damage (Rapier does 1d6 + 2 STR damage). He’s quick to get into the action (Initiitive roll= 1d20 + 8 (+ 4 because your DEX is great and +4 because of a Feat you took)) and most of his SAVES are OK.

You speak Common human trade language and Goblinoid because they are around your home town (know your enemy!)

Fighters are crap for skills so I chose some that Fighters can have and put Skill Points into them. Then I wrote in some skills that every one has and can use (No Skill points in those however)

All in all not a bad starter Character that has real potential to become a Rogue type later on.

A round is a six second block of time. In around you can do alot of things. Mainly 1)full action where you stand still and focus on what your doing (good for fights), 2)move 30 feet then a Standard action, 3)Standard action then move 30 feet or 4)Full move where depending on how fast you’re running can move 60 to 120 feet.

And when you want to hit stuff Steve will tell you it’s AC or Armor Class then you swing your Rapier and roll a 1d20 and add + 1 due to a Fighters Base Attack Bonus, + 4 because of the Weapons Finess Feat lets you use your DEX mod instead of your STR mod, but- 1 because of the Shield. So a + 4 Total To Hit.

So if the Dragon had an AC of 14 then a roll of 10 or better on a 1d20 would hit it!

Don’t panic. It’s a fun game full of fantasy stuff. We’re just here to hit it with swords.
